Hunting

The area near Kamanjab, bordering Damaraland in the northwestern part of Namibia, is well known amongst trophy hunters from across the world as an area where excellent trophy quality free range animals can be taken. It is here where Greater Kudu, Mountain Zebra, Oryx, Damara Dik-Dik, Klipspringer and numerous other species are in abundance.

Hunting in this area will take you back to the early pioneering days in Africa. The complete wilderness makes hunting in certain parts almost impossible and many have given up on getting their ever elusive Mountain Zebra or Greater Kudu.

At Tualuka Safari Lodge we have taken this wilderness and tamed it to where our clients can experience wild Africa along with the comforts of a luxury lodge.

Hunting is done on foot while being on the constant lookout for the ever present desert elephants that freely roam up and down the Huab Rivier.
