"This was my first trip to Africa, I was traveling alone and had no idea of what to expect. As you would think I was nervous as well. Johann and Vera had me completely at ease and feeling like I had known them forever in no time at all. Being so at ease allowed me to enjoy the comforts of camp life right from the beginning. Johann realized that this being my first trip to hunt in Africa that I had a lot to learn. He taught me what I needed to know without me realizing I was being taught. Before the end of my trip I felt like I knew what I was doing. This came in handy as there was lots of game to be stalked. We saw animals every day.
